In Shop Service

C-Prompt Computers offers carry-in service for most of your computer needs. Located on Route 142 in Kingfield, just 3 houses from the Kingfield Elementary School, our shop is open Monday - Friday from 9:00 - 5:00. Please stop by and see us with your computer problems. We also carry an inventory of ink and other computer supplies.

Remote Monitoring

We now offer remote monitoring and management of your computers. For a low monthly fee, we can monitor the health of your system, including your anti-virus status, the status of your backup system, the health of your hard drive, and more. We can also include a managed anti-virus and a managed backup.

On Site Service

We offer On-site service throughout Franklin County at a rate of $80.00 per hour for business clients, and $50.00 per hour for residential clients. Our mileage charge is waived if the one way distance is less than 10 miles from one of our locations. The mileage charge is the IRS rate, which as of January 1, 2012 is $0.555 per mile.
