C-Prompt Computers is pleased to offer a new and improved pricing structure on our annual Maintenance Contracts.  These contracts are particularly appealing to small businesses and offer peace of mind about the health of your computers.

With our Basic Maintenance Contract, we will check on your computer on a monthly basis, either on site or by accessing your machines remotely.  Among the services we offer are malware scans, cleaning of temporary files, verifying the status of Windows updates, insuring that your virus definitions are up to date, and more.  Many times a proactive approach to taking care of your computer can prevent more costly labor repairs later on.

With our Comprehensive Maintenance Contract, in addition to the Basic Maintenance Contract we will provide all labor necessary, with very few exceptions, to keep your computers and network running properly.  This includes the labor necessary to replace any failed hardware components, as well as full virus removal, network configuration, verifying the status of your backup system by doing a test restore, and more.

Pricing

These charges are monthly charges for a 1 year (12 month) commitment.  If you to choose to pay the entire contract price up front, you can pay for 10 months of service and get the additional 2 months free.
