On Site
Our
On-Site Labor rate is $80.00 per hour, with a minimum charge of 1/2
hour, and no maximum charge. Additionally a mileage charge
may be
assessed. As of December 1, 2011, if a technician needs to travel
more
than 10 miles in one direction, a mileage charge will be assessed for
all miles driven, in both directions, at the current IRS rate of
mileage
reimbusement. This mileage charge will be added to the
customer's
invoice. Please note that the mileage charge is assessed from
your location to the location of our closest technician, which
currently is Kingfield, Strong, or Wilton. Exceptions to this
apply if a customer specifically requests a technician who is located
further away.
Pick up and Drop Off ServiceWe
are pleased to offer a pick up and drop off service to assist our
customers. For a fee of $10.00, our technician will drive up to
10 miles one way to pick up your computer to take back to his location
for service. For an additional fee of $20.00 the technician will
return your computer to your location, set up the machine, verify your
internet connection is working, and install printer drivers if
necessary. Customers may request either of these services, or
combine them for a total charge of $25.00. These fees are in addition to the normal repair charges.
Service Contracts
Our Service
Contracts are designed to give customers who anticipate
significant onsite labor a way to purchase bundles of hours in advance
at a reduced rate.

Senior Citizen Discount
We
recognize that many of our older clients are on limited incomes, yet
depend
on their computers for a variety of things. We are pleased to
offer a 20% discount on all in-shop labor charges to our senior
citizens. Simply ask us about this when you bring your
computer
in so we can be sure to apply this discount to your invoice. |
