Remote SupportC-Prompt Computers is pleased to begin offering, on a limited basis, remote support of our clients computer problems. If your computer is functioning, and able to connect to the internet through a high speed connection, then we may be able to provide you support without coming to your house, or without your needing to bring your computer to our shop.Rates for our remote support are the same as our in-shop rates - $60.00 per hour with a $30.00 minimum charge. All billing for Remote service is done through our CrossLoop partner. If you need support, and we are online, please use the chat link below to initiate a request. If we are offline, you have the option to allow us unattended access to your machine by clicking the Share Screen button. Please feel free to e-mail us about your specific problem if we are not online, and we can let you know if Remote Support would be a good option for your problem.
