C-Prompt Computers, LLC offers competitive rates on servicing your computer. Our in-shop labor rates are $40.00 per hour, with a half hour minimum charge. Customers who bring their machines to the shop need only bring their tower and any CD’s they have for the machine.

If you prefer, we provide on-site service by appointment at a rate of $50.00 per hour, again with a half hour minimum charge. Service calls that require travel of more than 10 miles one way will be charged a mileage rate of $1.00 per mile beyond the 10 mile limit.
