Service Contracts

C-Prompt Computers is pleased to offer our customers on-site service contract bundles at a reduced hourly rate. These bundles are good for 1 year, and can be used in as small an increment as 1/2 hour per visit. In addition, if we make a house call to your location under a service contract bundle, you are only charged 1/2 the normal mileage charge.

Currently our hourly onsite rates are $80.00 per hour. The list below shows the bundles we offer:

5 Hour Bundle                        $75.00 per hour                  $375.00 total
10 Hour Bundle                      $70.00 per hour                  $700.00 total
20 Hour Bundle                      $65.00 per hour                  $1300.00 total

Please note that these bundles expire 1 year after purchase. However, if you purchase an additional bundle, the remaining hours from the original purchase will be rolled over into the new bundle. Thus, if you purchase a 10 hour bundle and only use 8 of the hours in the year, you can then purchase a 5 hour bundle and the remaining 2 hours will be combined to give you a total of 7 hours available.
